On this website, every transaction is securely handled. We accept payment via UPI/debit card/credit card. Before completing your order, we will verify the ordered item(s), their availability, and delivery. If we will be unable to execute your order, you will be notified by email.

Some products at jhaanjharia are handcrafted by artisans and can have a slight difference in their looks from what you see on the website. Colours can also vary due to lighting effects in photography. 

Return, Refund & Exchange

Once the order is successfully placed, we do not offer returns and refunds in any case. You can only exchange the product if you receive a damaged or wrong product. Please check our policy section in detail.
