• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewelry items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Personalized or customized jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

• Package your jewelry securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to Jhaanjhariya
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
