No return/ refund policy- We pack your orders after Quality check with utmost care and deliver what you see on your phone/Laptop, so the chances are rare that you would like to return/ exchange. However, in any case, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchange Policy- If you receive a broken/damaged product, you will be eligible for exchange.

Steps for exchange-

Write to us at jhaanjhariyabyashu@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel including a picture of the received product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging along with the box, invoices, and any other documents we supplied.
Once you get approval for an exchange, our team will contact you for reverse pick-up.
We will bear the Shipping amount for reverse pickup and re-shipment costs of exchanged items.
In case of unavailability of pickup service in that area, please self-ship the product.
After receiving the product, we will check and inspect the product, and as per our policy, we will send the correct product.
Please understand that exchanges are subject to the availability of the product. In case of unavailability of the product, you can shop for any other products of the same amount.
